Braised Pork Intestine

Ingredients:

pork intestine 500g, carrot 100g, green pepper 30g, peanut oil 30g, soy sauce 8g, salt 3g, gourmet powder 2g, wine sauce 3g, vinegar 3g, sugar 2g, farina 10g, shallot 5, ginger 3g

Process:

1, Cut pork intestines into pieces and dip them in wine sauce and soy sauce

2, Mix farina and water

3, Then fry them

What’s good

  This food will help digestion.
