
Ingredients:
celery 400g, mushroom 50g, salt 2g, vinegar 2g, farina 5g, soy sauce 3g, gourment powder 1g, vegetarian oil 30g
Process:
1, Cut celeries into pieces and dip them in salt brine
2, Cut mushrooms into pieces and mix them with vinegar, gourment powder, farina and 50ML of water
3, Then fry the celeries with vegetarian oil for 2 or 3 minutes
4, Then add mushrooms into it and fry them with soy sauce for 1 minute
