Soup of Black-Bone Chicken

Ingredients:

black-bone chicken 500g, tangerine peel 3g, ginger 3g, tsaoko amomum fruit 5g, shallot 10g, vinegar 5g, pepper 6g

Process:

 Simply cook them together with slow fire

What’s good:

  It’s good for invigorating qi and enriching the blood, and dysmenorrhea.
