Soup of Mutton and Ternip

Ingredients:

mutton 400g, ternip 300g, soy sauce 2g, yellow rice wine 6g, salt 3g, salad oil 15g, shallot 10g

Process:

1, Cut mutton into pieces and dip them in yellow rice wine and soy sauce for at least 1 hour

2, Fry the mutton for just a while

3, Then pour water into the boiler and cook the mutton with ternip for 40 minutes

What’s good

  1, The mutton is good for warming kidneys. It can help strengthen Yang, which means strengthen sexual capacity in China.

  2, Do not eat American ginsengs after haveing ternips!!!!
